It's rare for anyone to get fifteen minutes of time, let alone fifty minutes of time, to work on their health and wellness goals with a trained professional. In this private session Nourish will create a safe, supportive environment that will enable and empower you to reach all of your goals. We will discuss your health, career, relationships, and lifestyle and assess how these areas are affecting your overall health and well-being.
